Good Points
I have been a good customer of Boden for 3 years plus but never again!

Bad Points
Offers have hidden cons, beware the returns on offers, refunds are poor. Quality of the clothes has dropped since they became larger.

General Comments
Now offer poor service, clothes of poor quality that are over priced for what they are. I fear Mr Bodens bubble may bust quite soon.



Get back to what you used to be, quality and service.
