I would not recommend purchasing from officesupermarket.co.uk
The level of service is appalling
The order was keenly taken and I must admit the prices are very competitive
A week after placing the order we were given a confirmed delivery date, the goods never arrived
On calling the next day we were told there was no genuine reason or excuse as to why delivery had not been made and that delivery would definitely take place 2 working days later.
On the expected day of delivery I telephoned to check that the goods were being delivered, I was told they could not tell me but that they would chase it up and call me straight back
1 hour later I had not been called so I rang them again, same person, he said he had not heard back so would chase it up with the depot and call me straight back
30 mins later still no call so I rang again, same person, he said he had still not heard back and I asked why he could not just call the depot, "OK I will call them and ring you back"
5 mins later he called back and said delivery would not be taking place as the goods had been sent to the wrong depot!
Order cancelled without problem, we just need to await the refund now.
