Very quick to send out thank you messages and terms and conditions. All their small print very cleverly worded.
Each time I've rung up, I've had conflictiong advice about when and which bill I should send to claim my refund.
Please do not give yourself the same grief and headache I got by having anything at all to do with coolnewmobiles.
I'm very dissatisfied and angry that they have disallowed my claim (1st one). This was through no fault of my own. It was totally down to the wrong advice given out by their staff. But of course they deny this and i have no way of proving it.
I will never be using them or recomending them to anyone.
