Good Points

Excellent check in at Gatwick. Comfortable seats. On time flights both ways.

Bad Points

Check in staff at HK were not very friendly. Food is not very good.

General Comments

Having read some reviews on Oasis Hong Kong, we were a little skeptical on what to expect from Oasis. However, I am pleased to say that our experience was positive and YES we certainly would fly with Oasis again. The check in for BusinessOasis was fast, efficient, with the staff courteous and polite. The flight both ways was right on time, and the planes seemed fine to me. The flight crew were English, with the cabin crew mainly being from HK and locality. Service was generally good, but as we had anticipated - the food was not very good. This is no problem for me because on a long overnight flight, I am more concerned with comfort than food! Just have a good meal before you board and that is fine. Planes are a tiny bit tired inside, but all was fine as far as I could see. This was amazing value for money for Business Class, and well worth every penny. The check in staff at HK were not particularly friendly or helpful, but that was no real problem. The Business Class lounges are not up the Cathay or BA standards, but they did have drinks and snacks available and also comfortable waiting chairs. This airline is right up there with the others, especially if it could introduce a 'budget 1st class' fare for the lie flat seats!
