Paul Mckenna has really helped me change the way I eat with Easy Wight Loss so I lose weight eating the food I enjoy. I have never tasted food this way before and am loving eating less. Lots of common sense. I never want to go back to devouring a meal and still feeling hungry. Constant snacking and constant guilt.
