It gave us a chance to believe what could be...and is there a greater euphoria? I was saddened by the ending, but at the same time, I understood and loved it. I wanted a bit more revelation of feelings from Clint and Meryl, but The Bridges of Madison County is just a gold mine of a movie...I could watch it 20 times and clamour for another go around. I am thirsty for good movies, good actors...theatre that leaves me breathless. This does the job and more.
