Great customer service on an 0800 number with no call centre involved, you get to talk to the company themselves, 1 month contract, no traffic shaping or throttling or port blocking, low latency, and unlimited email addresses, webspace, blog space, and they don't offer phone lines or other rubbish, they are an ISP pure and simple.
None I can really think of at this time.
I was getting 2mb fixed on my old provider, now I'm getting 4.5mb ADSL MAX with IDNet. Having moved to this ISP I realise the level of service is astounding compared with the big names, basically its fast reliable and no call center script monkeys to deal with is pure heaven if you ever do have a problem, ideal for gamers business and basic users alike, highly recommended with a great support forum as well should you need to ask questions.
