General Comments
Salesman pressured my 78 y.o. grandmother into buying one, salesman put wrong date on order, financing company notified us on the fourth day after purchase, to avoid the 3 day return rule. There is nothing good about this vacuum what so ever! First thing i did was put on the suction hose and compared it to our 2 y.o. eureka boss bagless filled already with dirt. It was no contest, the eureka had close to double the suction. After i realized we were stuck with it, i began using the vacuum hoping to find a reason why its worth $41 for 36 mo. No such luck, small rocks on the carpet will not get picked up with its weak suction, and its a major pain in the butt to put the hose attachment on. Do not fall for the legendary reliability or the great performance myths. It is 2007, reliable electric motors are not rare or special. I've been gritting my teeth in anger for over a week now!
