Even though Kwik-Fits quotes tend to be pretty competitive, they do seem to have a problem in disclosing exactly how much money you'll end up paying on top of the premium for your Car Insurance. I've also had a bit of a problem with pushy sales people. Kwik fit recently phoned me to remind me that my car insurance was due for renewal (I was insured with them in 2000). The man, although very nice, was really trying to push me into buying there and then. Believe it or not, when I changed my insurer, Kwik Fit wanted to know the reason. When I told them I didn't like being hassled to buy something from them everytime I phoned up with a query, the woman seemed quite offended and informed me that I wouldn't be contacted by them again. So much for promises eh!
I also had a huge problem getting documentation form them to prove I had my no claims bonus to my new insurer. It took 4 phone calls and 2 weeks to get the letter through.
