Everbank - None


Bad Points

Everbank - Deposited minimum amount of moeny into a Market Safe CD in January, 2007. As of October, 2007 - I have not received any account statements or the inforamtion as to how to access my account information. Three phonecalls have been made to Everbank to learn how to "access" account. Each time I have been promised that a username and password would be mailed to my home. I am wondering if I will ever have my principal returned.


General Comments

Everbank - The phone operators helpfulness ends after the phone call ends. Promises to send inforamtion are not fulfilled.
Each call back to Everbank is met with 'surprise!'. I just want to get my money returned.
