General Comments

Bargain Bikes UK didn't confirm the order. They haven't responded to any of several emails. There is no phone number, and they're not listed in any phone directory that I can find. And of course the goods haven't arrived.

    To be fair to Bargain Bikes UK, a week or two after I wrote my review the bike did eventually arrive. But I still reckon it's important for sellers to communicate with their customers, at the very least to send confirmation of an order, to respond to emails and to provide a phone number. BargainBikes did none of these, and if the order had never arrived I'd be feeling very cross and frustrated now.
