Good Points

When it works, it works


Bad Points

When it fails don't expect any back up from the company. It has now failed twice in nine months and I have been told I need to wait for a month for the service engineer to come and fix the problem.


General Comments

The company seems to think that a months's wait to fix a broken machine under warranty is satisfactory! This makes it difficult to give any rating for value for money or overall rating seeing as it will not be working for 6 weeks out of it's nine month life.
