Being able to book online and print tickets off at short notice
Customer relations non existant, no response to emailed complaint after three weeks.
Extremely bad service when National Express Coach cannot try to contact you to advise on a cancelled or severely delayed service. Despite giving them a contact mobile number, we were left stranded in the early hours after waiting 3 hours for a coach which never turned up. What's worse is their total lack of respect in dealing with these complaints by not acknowledging the issues. How long does it take to sort these complaints out?
