Bad Points

Our 'frost free' fridge freezer has a build up of about 5 inches of ice which returns within 2 days of defrosting. This started to happen a few weeks after the warranty expired.Some of the customer service staff are thoroughly unhelpful and could give me no idea of problem or possible cost for parts. Contacted Head Office with a letter of complaint but the response wasn't very helpful.


General Comments

I would never buy a Servis product. We also noticed that the small print of the extended warranty applications that they kept sending us states that the warranty only covers parts at the discretion of the engineer.
