Awful Customer Service
We were due to leave for Florida in June 2008 flying sunshine upper deck. However, we received a letter advising from Travel City Direct that they were no longer flying that airline and they would be downgrading us to economy and if we weren't happy we could cancel our holiday. This is totally unacceptable and when we rung their customer service they agreed that it was unacceptable, but it was basically 'tough luck'. The only thing that they did offer was that we could upgrade to 1st class for an extra £200 per person (so they inconvenience us and we pay them extra- unbelievable) although they were not willing to offer any discount. I have never known a company to offer such terrible customer service, subsequently we cancelled our holiday and we will never recommend or use them again.
