Terrible do not even consider insuring with Shelia's wheels.


General Comments

Crash reported evening of incident called next day to see when car would be recovered incident had not even been logged 2 days after crash car recovered garage did assessment that morning sent info to Shelia's wheels engineer did not look at it until 4 days later when I was assured it would take 48 hours no courtesy car provided even though I have 3 small children and to top it all off a hidden clause that is not stated in policy caused me to pay a extra 200 pounds in excess. Shelia's wheels is a rip of and are incompetent no lines of communication come on how do you fail to make a record of a claim .
