Delayed and not looked after.
General Comments
Our outward flight with British Jet was delayed by 19 hours. At no time were any of the passengers given any information. We were in the airport for the first 6 hours and were not offered refreshment of any kind, not even a cup of tea. There was no rep from the company in the airport to tell us anything. We were sent to a hotel for the night, with no breakfast. The next day we were again given no information and a £5 voucher for refreshment. This is all we received for the whole 19 hours. On the plane we were given a stale bun and no other food. I have never been treated so badly by an airline and have been telling everyone I know. I will continue to do this and will NEVER fly with this company again.
