Good Points
Has all functionality inc. paying bills, transferring money between accounts etc.

Bad Points
Would be nice to sort by credit, debits etc. If money goes out on weekend it is not registered on site till monday morning.

General Comments
Overall the Yorkshire Bank - Internet Banking facility is excellent, really cant fault it on anthing major (see bad points). All functionality is here. If you bank with them and have access to the internet give it a go.

I have read the 7 reviews and I am sorry I must agree with the majority, I have banked with Yorkshire for over 13 years, telephone and internet when they first came out. I cannot understand why when I use the same account numbers their left hand doesn't know what the right is doing! Internet says it cannot go into my account so does telephone I have to wait and contact my branch, from the other side of the world now even when I phone a local number! I cannot understand the difficulty. HSBC manages it and so do first direct, how hard is it? Lyn Ralph
