No response to application (online), postal follow-up and emails. Abysmal, abysmal, abysmal.


General Comments

I found Barclays Share Dealing totally inept for an online service. Woeful online fulfilment. I was recommended by my IFA but was shocked at the lack of response via three difference forms of communication. After this I have no confidence in the customer service systems. So far it has taken four weeks to get no where. I've sent a FOURTH communication today, but even if they do bother to reply my confidence is lost. Bad service, disappointing for a bank of this size.
