Internet banking. Personal and business accounts all grouped together, so that transfers between them are easy. One can look at 6 months of statements. It's the only thing that they can be proud of. Beats Barclays by a long chalk.
Nil service. Debit cards took nearly 8 weeks to arrive, 1 PIN number took 2 weeks after that. Credit card applications went astray internally twice, and we are still waiting for the cards 11 weeks later. Our "manager" and his immediate superior do not respond to calls to their mobiles, and the former ignores emails.
All in all a culture of complete complacency. I feel they don't care about their clients, and like another complainant I'm off as soon as I can find a decent alternative. After 40 years of personal banking with them, I expected a lot better.
