The prospect of Ethical banking drew me to this account.
A card board cut out of a bank, semi professional, vague village shop type atmosphere. Very poor standards of carrying out customer wishes or offering helpful information.
Three of my most important direct debits were not set up by the bank. They then cancelled my debit card when I made the payment for my mortgage, which they should have activated and charged me £25.00 for the inconvenience they caused!
