The products look good and are mid range in price.
Bad Points
Failed to deliver my bed, and failed to ever call me back. Failed to answer any of my 12 emails.
Every person I called on the phone told me different things.
2 months later and still no bed. A customer service rep called and was very unfriendly.
They offered me £30.00 in vouchers as compensation.
Eventually a manager called me and we settled on £75.00. He was very polite, but it took me 2 months to get anywhere with these people.
General Comments
I will never use The Cotswold Company again, as they failed on every level of customer service.
Probably the worst service I have ever had from a company.
