There are no good points with this service.
This health club has issues with tracking down your monthly payments. They do not know or they do not check their account to confirm that your monthly payment went through.
The employees are not professional, immaturity displayed
Lack of service
My overall review of this service at first, was good, it wasn't the best, but the location was convenient and the gym is not as popular as it's competitors (i.e. goodlife). I set up a monthly payment plan for a year for my boyfriend and I - everything is good. I checked my statement to make sure my payment went through, and the first month went by - everything is smooth sailing as the initial payment went through - Good! Well, you would think good as a full year went by and it is now time to cancel my membership so it is not ongoing. Cancellation went smoothly. A few days after the cancellation, I am receiving a phone call notifying that "they think" I missed a payment from last month and for me to check my account. In the meantime, my boyfriend still enjoys going to this gym on a daily basis. When he got there, 2 employees were at the counter, they acknowledge him said hi, and he continued to his workout. He is just warming up on the bike, when an employee came up to him and told him that there is an error with the account and we now owe them $800.00 to come to the front desk to talk about it, the best part about it, the employee who addressed him during his workout does not have any authorization to discuss the accounts and referred to the other employee. He asked to speak to the employee and gets notified that she just left the building (no professionalism shown). WHAT THE !!! I check my account with the bank, and noticed that they were not taking any money out - only one payment went through. NOW, why wouldn't they have caught this earlier? What kind of business doesn't check their payments? A very UNPROFESSIONAL company. They now want me to pay the money owed! They have even sent the Credit Bureau to me which is resulting to this bad review. I do not wish this to happen to anybody else. If you are with this service I strongly suggest investing your money elsewhere.
