Good Points

Clean look in your living room. Descent picture.


Bad Points

Tough to find a center speaker to fit on top.


General Comments

I have a Sony KP51HW40. Started seeing red lines on TV about a week ago. Now the TV turns on for 5 seconds and then the picture turns red. Tech said that CRT is bad and I'm out of luck. I have been reading about this TV for two days and I am appalled by what Sony has been doing to it's customers. I don't even know if it is worth my time trying to call Sony as no one else has seemed to be able to get anywhere with them. Too bad because I thought Sony had great customer support. I was wrong. I hope Sony has a department that researches customer satisfaction. I don't think I will be a Sony fan any longer. Ever! Times are getting tough and 2500 for several years worth of TV is ridiculous.
No more Sony products in my household!

    Hi I have the same TV and the same problem I looked online for awhile and I came across a web site that had a way to fix it is very fast and easy give it a try it worked vary well for me the picture is better so all out it helped everything.
