None that I can think of apart from maybe the music is quite boring after a while.
The Charlie Brooks Before & After DVD is a great workout - I've been doing it about 2/3 times a week for a couple of months now and have lost quite a few inches from my waist, hips & thighs and my stomach is getting toned (the pilates section is great for the stomach). I know all the moves now so I put it on mute and put on my own music which I find better as the music on the DVD can get repitative after a while! I would recommend this DVD as I know that if you stick at it - it definitely works!
