Good Points

Easy to obtain when buying car


Bad Points

Very difficult to pay up early. Accounting system in getting settlement figures that kept going up.


General Comments

We bought a car in Oct 03 from Citroen. Took some finance with GE Capital Woodchester. By end of 04 had enough money to pay it off. One of their folk phoned us asking if we would like to extend loan or take new loan. Said No. Asked for settlement figure. Got one. Sent cheque. They got back in touch and asked for another hundred quid to settle it. We sent that. They wrote back and asked for another £90 to finalise settlement.
