Easy ordering and fast delivery.
Invoicing is a bit slow.
I have ordered approximately 6 times now through the Euroffice website, and each time for different items. Everything has arrived the next day, bar once, when it came after two days, and they gave me a 10% discount for letting me down, which they hardly had!!!!!!
The website is very easy to use, the order processing fast and simple and communications are simple and quick.
The only criticism I would have is that the invoices (which are emailed to you) take a few weeks to come through, and I have found that the payment has gone through on the bank statements before we have an invoice to match it up with. No great problem, as we have an order, but realistically, you shouldn't put the VAT through unless you have a VAT invoice.
