General Comments
After considering the Nokia 3650 mobile phone and the Sony Ericsson T610 I plumped for this mighty beast on T-mobile.
At first I was extremely happy with my purchase. It has everything you could possibly need crammed into the phone, with email being a particular breeze to use. Picture and video capture were good. Gaming too is fast thanks to the built in hardware.
Reception too on T-Mobile seemed exceptional, with full signal in places you wouldn't expect.
However these good points are dragged down by the bad points-
Text messaging and writing anything in particular = long winded and uncomfortable.
The round keypad seemed to be cool at first but the clunky buttons and strange layout made firing off messages a bit of a chore. Playing games with the keypad too was almost silly because the standard buttons ie 1,2,and 3 are all on top of each other making gaming very fiddly indeed. Granted some made use of the multi-direction arrow key, but this button too is a tad user unfriendly.
Did I also mention how bulky it is? You can fit it in your pocket, but walking down the street with a big bulge in my trousers is not my idea of cool!
I took it back in the end, and swapped for the T610 which has pretty much the same features (apart from video) crammed into a much smaller case. Check out my review of that too.
Overall I would recommend if you think you can handle the odd keypad and the size, because the features are very good. I paid £20 for the phone and had to go on a £21 a month package.

Totally agree with your comments. I was given the opportunity to have this as a free upgrade - now I see why. From using a diddy handset like the old 8210, this was a 'handful' (pardon the pun!)
