I recently booked flights with my card as I have always done for the past 2 years. To my dismay, they had gone and reduced my credit limit with out first letting me know. When I rang to find out why, the unhelpful man on the other end said it was because there was a large unused amount just sitting there, therefor they reduced my limit because the card wasn't being used. I am very angry indeed. PLEASE what is the point trying to bring your balance down to save for the little extras in life, ready for when you need to use it, I dislike the sky credit card, I wouldn't recommend it.
