As the previous reviewer has hinted at Vehicle Options has a professional initial appearance, they are smooth operators
The service is poor.
There was no interest in sorting out the problem. They just gave me a few well practised lines and do nothing.
I found Vehicle Options to be an extremely disappointing company and I would advise people to avoid using them. Eventhough they appear professional initially, the service is poor and there didn't seem to be any interest in sorting out my problem when I didn't get the vehicle I was told I would get verbally.
I hope you read this before you make any commitments and it is not too late for you.
