Flight on time and air staff very good and polite
Not really a cheap airline when all costs added it. Will fly Air New Zealand next time. Seats seemed smallish (I am 6'3"), and video functions a bit dated,
I guess we flew this airline because it was 100 pounds or so cheaper but in the end - paying for seat location, pay extra to change to return date, pay extra for diary free meal, it was no cheaper than other airlines and less comfortable. Not as good as Air New Zealand
