Dirty accomodation, Dirty pool, Ineffective rep, lazy staff who are incompetant at their job.
General Comments
My apartment at Puerto Del Carmen Luz Y Mar(205) had a socket and a swith hanging by the wires. The bathroom was filthy with peeling paint and a rusty bath. The kitchen was a health hazard with the sink being held up by the plumbing. The pool caused a rash on EVERY child who swam in it, it was filthy dirty and cleaning it consisted of chucking a bucket of chlorine into it. The hand rail was loose and while we were there a chunk fell off the pool below the water line causing one child to severely cut her foot on it. DO NOT GO HERE
