Lost my Luggage.
I travel regularly to work on TAP, from London to Lisbon and; then onwards to Angola. A very average airline to say the least, they have managed to lose my luggage twice in a year. Once I had it returned after a few days, the second time it was permanently lost. So when traveling with TAP I would advise against putting anything valuable in your luggage as the compensation offered was minimal.
