Good Points

When I made the purchase, I was very happy that I would be saving a lot of money on favors for a friends bridal shower.


General Comments

If you are planning any type of party, I would not recommend you purchase from them. They have been unreliable! This situation almost ruined my whole experience of organizing the party. The items I purchased were out of stock which they did not inform me about. When I called to find out the status of the order a week before the shower, I was told that the shipment was mailed out that day. When I called three days later, I was told that the items were back ordered and would not be in stock until a week AFTER the shower. I had to rush a shipment from another store which cost me a lot of money because it had to be next day delivery. They have horrible customer service and service in general.
