Easy to use, excellent camera, lightweight thin pocket size it had a round centre button looks like a joystick but isn't so it doesn't go wrong.
Bad Points
very thin small buttons, having said that there is still space in-between to be able to use them easily
General Comments
I have found the Sony Ericsson K550i excellent and I am really pleased with it. Takes good pictures really easily and you don't have to put the software on the PC to download the pictures just plug into the USB port (USB lead supplied) and and press download. Very easy to download music from PC onto the phone too, it only takes a few minutes, although if you download ringtones they go straight to the music player too which can be a little annoying as when the tracks finish it then starts playing stored ringtones... this maybe me thou not having learnt how to put them else where in the phone.
