Bad Points

I have been with All tel for a short while. I left because disappointed by the lack of customer service. Their representative were not helpful at all. They have made several mistakes on my account, signing me up on a wrong contract and overcharging my bill. Called thousands time to have it fixed. NEVER HAPPENED! I was supposed to have one contract with two phones sharing the same minutes. What they did; they created two different family contract charging me about $ 400 per months. I went to the store to have it adjusted. The store manager told me that they will adjust it. Never happened. Called customer service several time! they were the worse!
Fed up! I decided to cancel my contract and pay the $ 200 for cancellation of the contract. What was my big surprise, when they told me that I have to pay $ 400, because to cancel my account.


General Comments

Overall I have a REALLY bad experience with All tel. I hope it won't happen to someone else. In less than 2 months of service with them, I have to pay almost $400 for service per month and $400 to cancel my contract ( 1 contract 2 phones sharing minutes). TOTAL - $1200 in less than 2 months. Needless to say, I was not really happy.
