I have also used this company to book a party and had exactly the same experience. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY!!!! For anyone who is interested, I have investigated this company as far as I can and there is only 1 director registered with Companies House and i found his details. I have tried to confirm this information through the electoral role, but have not been able to confirm this.
