Good Points

The staff were so friendly and helpful.


Bad Points

the food was very bad it was left out in big pots,it was cold. The rooms were failing apart with exposed wires from the light socket. the room was not well cleaned by the staff and the bath was not cleaned by them at all....also room service was still not done by 7 at night most nights. There was no entertainment..apart from a swimming pool. The beach was to small and you could never get a sun bed on the beach. For an all inclusive holiday it was a bum deal.... Cockroach was present in the food hall and around the hotel.....it was a mess the taps spun around in the sink the toilet did not flush. the smell of the water was sickening had to keep asking for toilet roll and in the end we brought our own blood on the mattress no coffee or tea making facility in the room


General Comments

I would never have said it was a 5* hotel it was a horrid place i would never go there again it spoiled the whole holiday... It was a mess from the start to the end.....Don't go there find another hotel...
