No problem with actual hire
Poor after sales service
Picked car up at East Mids Airport and dropped it off at Newcastle. Apart from them now charging a one-way hire charge, which they never used to, they also made a £8.05 charge for which I know nothing about. There is no-one at the airport to receive the car but the fuel tank was full (apart from that used to drive from the nearest petrol station (2-3 miles) and there was no damage to the car.
The Customer Services email address on the website doesn't work so I sent an email to another email address on the website. They responded saying they would send my email to their customer services. This was 28 August. In spite of a reminder in September I still have not received a reply to my original query.
