Good Points

Looks good and worked for a while


Bad Points

A wonderful example of style over substance. Hose split and now the brush doesn't go around - and I now find out that you have to pay an engineer to change the rubber belt. have you ever heard of such a thing - so since I will need to pay at least £60+ I've bought a Henry. With the Dyson, the suck started to decrease very soon after we bought it and the Animal tool does not work. Other reviewers recommend and it's great. Does the job. Mr Dyson has made himself a millionaire out of us mugs.


General Comments

Do not under any circumstances buy a Dyson. Pure style over substance.
