Bad Points

I've said the good points, everything else bad


General Comments

Customer since baby, now 18, opened student account online, took 3 weeks for them to answer, they sent me a cheque book, 4 weeks later still no card, still no pin number. Thankfully I have an other account or I would be at uni with no access to money. Very disappointed with Halifax. I really will have to think about changing Banks. Lovely helpful people in local agency, shame about the rest.
