Good Points
Very fast servers, powerful products, best reseller package you can get in the UK, support fast, cost minimal.

Bad Points
They don't do dedicated servers

General Comments
I was with Fasthosts for years but was sick of the "pay for everything" approach, I have saved a fortune moving to Heart for what I would say is a far better set of features implemented in a more modern way. The ways you can brand and configure the package is frankly amazing.



They add new features and update server software (like PHP) a lot.



The reseller pro is £30 a month, for the 40 sites I host that's really cheap.



Support is very fast - I often get a reply within 10 minutes of sending a ticket.
