- TOTAL EYE CATCHER (I've had more comments when I drive this car, than when driving many other more expensive ones)
- Simply amazing control...
- Very good acceleration
- Engine sound that turns you on, not just when revving up, but also when coming to a halt. It's nearly orgasmic.
- Makes you look for excuses to drive it
- Bad for Winter
- Car is a bit heavy, which means you don't get the most out of the power the engine provides.
- If you have Auto with tiptronic, the manual gear shift response isn't that fast, and is a bit more limited compared to other semi-manual implementations
- Interior is not very inviting
- Makes it hard to remain loyal to your partner
- Back window on soft top (does plastic count as a window?) is poor quality, and over time will create creases/imperfections which make it hard to see through. Things like condensation/ice also make it bad on some mornings, though if you turn your car on for 5 minutes before driving, the small interior is heated up (along with that window) fairly well.
It's a great car. I would recommend the 2.8 (or 3.0) model, however, as this car is HEAVY. It is the same weight as a mustang. It's not that bad on gas. With my combined Aggressive City/Highway driving, I get 220 Miles on 11 gallons, which for such a respectable sports car is actually quite good. :)
The only thing you 'may' be disappointed with is not going for the higher 2.8 or 3.0 model. Other than that, this car is Golden. Make sure you get the Hard Top as it looks surprisingly nice. And winter tires, if you plan on doing winter driving...this is just basic rear-wheel drive winter information. :P
