Good Points

Attractive, informative and easy to use website.
Any name will do: this company advertise under one name, CD Wow and trade under another, CD Jungle.
Their products seem cheaper and have no delivery charges ("no delivery" being the operative words)
If you haven't enough aggravation, frustration or stress in your life, it can be guaranteed here.
A good way to let down your friends at Christmas or their birthday etc.
When my Christmas order arrived the second week in January, they did refund the money and told me to keep the CD: decent gesture, so I thought that was a genuine one-off mistake.


Bad Points

Misleading website information:
a) Shop with CD Wow and you'll be dealing with CD Jungle. Because of this confusion I've ended up getting let down by them TWICE! Once at Christmas and now for a birthday.
b) Delivery times advertised on website are immediately contradicted the second your confirmation e-mail arrives. 2 - 4 days immediately becomes 7 - 10. Believe even that and you're in for a let down.
c) Your payment is processed the second they receive your order, not when the order is actually processed and dispatched.
d) The cancellation policy so eloquently described is non-existent. Even if you cancel your order 2 seconds after placing it, all e-mails to this effect were totally ignored.
2) Customer care is non-existent. No one has answered any of my e-mails. No-one answers the phone either.
3) The implication is that they're British based (.co.uk) yet after a careful search for contact info, their geographical address is Oslo in Norway.


General Comments

I wish I'd read these reviews before dealing with CD Wow. How could I make the same mistake twice you ask??? Because they advertise under CD Wow. The invoice is from CD Jungle. So it's easy to forget whose website you looked up.

    Important update: CD Jungle have now finally responded, apologised, promised a refund and invitation to keep the CD if it arrives. Again, a decent gesture in the end.
