The card arrived in the mail. That's about it.


General Comments

Where to begin? I have had nothing but trouble with this card. The online pay feature does not work. They refused to take my Visa Debit as payment over the phone. I could not reach them through their 0800 numbers. I finally reported the card lost and then called them directly at 1 302 456 1930. I did get a representative on the phone quickly. Told her that it took me 3 hours to make a card payment and that was ridiculous. Paid in full and closed the account. A FICO score of 850 isn't worth the hassle this company puts you through. So in the end I never made a purchased with the card and spent about 350.00 to pay it off. Lesson learned.
