Good Points

I got a years free insurance when buying the car.


Bad Points

Inflexible and unhelpful.


General Comments

I have started a new job and I need to use my car for work but Endsleigh will not let me upgrade my policy to include business.
"Computer Says No". I have tried everything to get it included but they will not budge. They then told me I was not covered for the commute to work and if I wanted it I would have to pay £ 64

    I agree with this review because...I am now having dealings with Edslieigh with a claim and they are terrible ! !
