General Comments
I was offered a quote for a garage door that would be fixed for 2 years. The salesman was supposed to see us at 7pm on Thursday, but he phoned to say he couldn't make it, and the appointment was re-arranged for the next day at 5pm. He didn't turn up. A manager from Staybrite Windows phoned at 5:50 to see if he was still with us. When we told him we were still waiting, he informed us that he had left for our house at 4:20. Anyway, having read these reviews, if they do contact us again I won't be entertaining them.
