Very slow download speeds.
Bad customer service.
Terrible value for money.
I've been with Eclipse for nearly 6 months and all I've had is trouble.
The promise was up to 8MB speed unlimited between 0:00 and 18:00. You did, however, have a limit of 20GB a month between 18:00 and 23:59.
Untrue. My bandwidth has been throttled continuously throughout the day normally bringing me down to a measly 512kb connection speed and I have always been well within the 20GB limit.
I have taken this up with customer services who told me that all P2P traffic is throttled.
That's not what it says in the terms and conditions.
I am looking for a way out of this contract and wouldn't recommend Eclipse to anyone.
