Good Points
Microsoft Compatible
Great Sales Tool if you use the contact management linked to your servers CRM. Brings up the caller's name if its in the contact database

Bad Points
I've gone through three headsets, they were replaced though under warranty

General Comments
The O2 XDA Has Great Features
