Easy to use and good reception - neat and easy to handle.
Bad Points
Similar problem as others report - freezing up - screen goes blank and the only thing I found to rectify is to take the back battery cover off, remove battery/replace and switch back on.
General Comments
Awaiting delivery of a W580i handset. Hope it proves as good and reliable as the Z520i.
